Upload Client Roster

 Purpose

The Upload Client Roster screen is used in mass vaccination events to upload a new list of clients or update an existing list of clients in order to add vaccination records for multiple clients at the same time. Roster lists created in the Manage Roster List screen will be available for selection to upload client roster information.

Field

Description

New List

Enter the name for the list being created by the upload process.

Update List

Select from the drop-down options of existing list names.
 

File Name

Enter the file path for the file to be uploaded from the user's computer.

Command Button

Description

Displays a windows explorer window in order  to find a file on the user's computer to submit for the upload process.

Submits the file for processing. A status window displays when the button is selected.

 

ImmTrac2 is set up to accommodate a variety of user types. Each user will have access to certain features in the application based on the role that is assigned. Online help reflects the capabilities available to provider user roles. Other user roles should refer to the user manual for more access features and capability details.
