Client Roster Upload Status

 

 Purpose

The Client Roster Upload Status screen displays the client roster upload jobs that the organization has submitted. This screen allows the user to check the job completion status on large jobs that may take additional time to run. The user can also check the job results status to determine whether the upload was successful or had errors.

Information Provided

Column

Description

Job Name

Displays the name of the list that was submitted.   If the job process has completed, clicking on the hyperlink will display the Upload List Details screen.

User Name

Displays the User Name initiating the upload.

Exchange Data Date

Displays the Date and Time the List files are uploaded.

Process Start Date

Displays the Date and Time the List files start processing.

Process End Date

Displays the Date and Time the List files stop processing.

Status

Displays the status of the processed data file. (Queued, Processing, Precerted, Error, Exception, Complete)

Command Button

Description

Reloads the page to display the latest processing status for submitted jobs.
