Purpose

The Schedule Information screen allows a user to modify an existing series or add new series.

Schedule Information Section - This section displays information about the selected immunization schedule and the name of the current series.

Field Name	Description
Schedule name	Displays the name of the schedule the user is modifying/creating.
Description	Displays the description of the schedule the user is modifying/creating.
Grace Period in Days	Displays the grace period that applies to the schedule the user is modifying/creating.
Current Series	Displays the Current Series Name the user is modifying/creating.
	Click this button to save the series you are working on and return to the Schedule Details Screen.

Complete Series Tab - The Complete Series Tab displays a summary of the series in 5 separate tables described in the tables below.
- Series Table - Displays rules that are associated with the series.

Column Name	Description
Min Grace Age	Displays Yes if the grace period for the series applies to the Minimum Age Dose Rules and Series Rules.
Min Grace Int	Displays Yes if the grace period applies to the Minimum Interval Dose Rules and Series Rules.
Invoke on Age	Displays Yes if the Series will appear as recommend at a specified age for the client.
Invoke on Use	Displays Yes if the Series is Invoked on Use of an acceptable vaccine for the client in the series.
Invoke on High Risk	Displays Yes if the Series is invoked if the client is at high risk.
Max Dose	Displays the maximum doses a client can have by a certain age for a series.
Override	Displays Yes if the series has any age override rules.
Seasonal Adjustment	Displays Yes if the series has seasonal rules.

Acceptable Vaccines Table - Displays Acceptable Vaccines and Acceptable Vaccine Rules for the series.

Column Name	Description
Vaccine	Displays the acceptable vaccines for the series.
Rule	Displays the Rule type for the Vaccine only if a there is a specific Age, Dose Size, or Display Rule for the Vaccine.
Trade Name	Displays the Trade Name only if there is a specific Trade Name Rule for the Vaccine. The Trade Name is the name of the vaccine given by the manufacturer.
Size	Displays the Dose Size for the specific Vaccine Dose Size Rule.
Mult	Displays the Multiplier for the specific Dose Size Rule.
Min Age	Displays the Minimum Age for the specific Rule.
Max Age	Displays the Maximum Age for the specific Rule.
Primary	Displays Yes if the Vaccine is the Primary Vaccine for the series.

Unacceptable Vaccine Groups Table - Specifies which vaccines are not acceptable as an option for the current vaccine series.

Vaccine Group	Lists the Vaccine Groups that are unacceptable for the series.

Recommended Age Range(s) Table - Specifies the recommended age range for the current vaccine series.

Minimum Age	Displays the Minimum Recommended Age for the series.
Maximum Age	Displays the Maximum Recommended Age for the series.

Doses Table - Gives a detailed explanation of how many doses are in the vaccine series, and the rules that apply for each dose.
- Number Column - This column will display the dose number adjacent to the dose specific rules in the next three columns. These three columns are briefly describe below.

Adjacent Interval	Displays specific Adjacent Interval Rules in regards to the specific dose being administered.
Jump Forward	Displays the Jump Rules in regards to the specific dose being administered.
Unacceptable Vaccines	Displays the Unacceptable Vaccine Rules in regards to the specific dose being administered.
Non-Adj Int.	Displays the Non-Adjacent Interval Rules in regards to the specific dose being administered.
Minimum Interval To Validate	Displays the Minimum Interval To Validate Rules in regards to the specific dose being administered.
Minimum Age To Validate	Displays the Minimum Age To Validate Rules in regards to the specific dose being administered.
Seasonal Adjustment	Displays the Seasonal Adjustment Rules in regards to the specific dose being administered.

Dose Specific Rules Fields Described

Age Rule	Min	The minimum age acceptable for the specific dose.
	Rec	The recommended age for the specific dose.
	Ovr	The overdue age for the specific dose.
	Max	The maximum age acceptable for the specific dose.
Adjacent Interval	Min	The minimum adjacent interval (time frame) acceptable between the previous dose and this specific dose.
	Rec	The recommended adjacent interval acceptable between the previous dose and this specific dose.
	Ovr	The overdue adjacent interval acceptable between the previous dose and this specific dose.
Jump Forward	Doses	The amount of doses that will be jumped based on the minimum interval for this specific dose.
Jump Forward	Min Int	The minimum interval of when this specific dose will be jumped.
Unacceptable Vaccines	N/A	Displays the unacceptable vaccines for this specific dose.
Non-Adj Int.	Dose Num	The dose number of a previous dose that the specific dose being administered cannot be adjacent to within a minimum interval other than the adjacent interval of the previous dose.
Non-Adj Int.	Min Int	The Minimum Interval of the previous dose that the specific dose being administered can not be adjacent to within a minimum interval other than the adjacent interval of the previous dose.
Minimum Interval To Validate	N/A	The minimum interval from a dose that this specific dose can be valid without changing the minimum recommended interval for this dose.
Minimum Age To Validate	N/A	The minimum age to validation this specific dose that can be valid without changing the minimum recommended interval for this dose.
Seasonal Adjustment	N/A	Displays Yes if there is a Seasonal Adjustment depending on the series in regards to a season for the series, this is usually applied to the Influenza(flu) season.

Series Tab - The Series Tab displays rules that are specific to the series. Each rule is in a separate tab.
- Series Name Section - This section displays vaccine series information that determines specific rules for the series.

Field Name	Description
Series Name	Required. This is the name of the series that is being created.
Grace Period Applies to Minimum Ages	This check box if checked specifies the Grace Period for the schedule applies to the minimum age for the series.
Grace Period Applies to Minimum Intervals	This check box if checked specifies the Grace Period for the schedule applies to the minimum intervals for the series.
Grace Period Applies to Maximum Ages	This check box if checked specifies the Grace Period for the schedule applies to the maximum age for the series.

Acceptable Vaccines Tab - Allows a user to specify rules to add acceptable vaccines to a series. The rules are displayed in 5 sections described below.
- Acceptable Vaccines - This section allows the user to add an acceptable vaccine to the series and designate a primary vaccine.
- - Add an Acceptable Vaccine
  - 1. Select a Vaccine from the Available Vaccines menu.
    2. Click the Add button. This will add the vaccine to the Acceptable Vaccine(s) menu.
  - Select a Primary Vaccine
  - 1. Select a Vaccine from the Primary Vaccine drop down menu.
  - Delete an Acceptable Vaccine
  - 1. Select a Vaccine from the Acceptable Vaccine(s) menu.
    2. Click the Remove button.
- Associated Trade names with Acceptable Vaccines - This section allows the user to create Age Rules for a specific Trade Name. These rules may differ from the ages specified for the series.
- - Add a Minimum and/or Maximum age that will apply to the Trade Name selected. NOTE *Not specifying a Minimum Age or Maximum Age will default the age rule to the series age rules.*
  - 1. Select a Vaccine from the Vaccine drop down menu.
    2. Select a Trade Name from the Trade Name drop down menu.
    3. Enter the Trade Name Minimum Age in the Minimum Age text box.
    4. Select a value from the Minimum Age interval drop down menu (Day, Month, Year).
    5. Enter the Trade Name Maximum Age in the Maximum Age text box.
    6. Select a value from the Maximum Age interval drop down menu (Day, Month, Year).
    7. Click the Add button.
- Dose Size Rules - This section allows the user to specify Dose Size Rules for vaccines based on age.
- - Add a Dose Size Rule. NOTE *Not specifying a Minimum Age or Maximum Age will default the age rule to the series age rules for the dose size rule.*
  - 1. Select a Vaccine from the Vaccine drop down menu.
    2. Enter the Dose Size of the Vaccine in the Size text box.
    3. Select the Multiplier of the Multitude for the Dose Size from the Mult drop down menu.
    4. Enter the Minimum Age for the Dose Size Rule in the Minimum Age text box.
    5. Select a value from the Minimum Age interval drop down menu (Day, Month, Year).
    6. Enter the Maximum Age for the Dose Size Rule in the Maximum Age text box.
    7. Select a value from the Maximum Age interval drop down menu (Day, Month, Year).
    8. Click the Add button
- Immunization Record Display Constraints - This section allows the user to specify when the vaccine is displayed based on an age range.
- - Add an Immunization Record Display Constraint. NOTE *Not specifying a Minimum Age will default as being no minimum age or not specifying a Maximum Age will default to being no maximum age.*
  - 1. Select a Vaccine from the Vaccine drop down menu.
    2. Enter the Minimum Age for the Immunization record to display.
    3. Select a value from the Minimum Age interval drop down menu (Day, Month, Year).
    4. Enter the Maximum Age for the Immunization record to display.
    5. Select a value from the Maximum Age interval drop down menu (Day, Month, Year).
    6. Click the Add button.
- Acceptable Vaccine Summary - This section displays all of the Acceptable Vaccine Rules for the series in a table described below.

Column Name	Description
Vaccine	Displays the Vaccine that is an acceptable vaccine.
Rule	Displays if there is a specific Vaccine Rule that is associated with the series. Display - Displays if there is a specific Display Constraint for the Vaccine for the series. Age - Displays if there is a Trade Name Age specific Age Rule for the series. Size - Displays if there is a Dose Size Rule for the Vaccine for the series.
Trade Name	Displays if the specific Trade Name that is associated with the Trade Name Age Rule.
Size	Displays the Dose Size specified as being associated with the Dose Size Rule.
Mult	Displays the Multitude specified as being associated with the Dose Size Rule.
Min Age	Displays the Minimum Age as being associated with the rules.
Max Age	Displays the Maximum Age as being associated with the rules.
Primary	Displays Yes if the Vaccine is specified as being the Primary Vaccine for the series.
Select	Displays a check box to select an Acceptable Vaccine Rule in order to delete the rule. Click the Delete button to delete a rule.

Maximum Doses Tab - This tab displays a section to add Maximum Dose Rules to the series.
- Add a Maximum Dose Rule.
- 1. Enter a value in the Max Dose text box.
  2. Enter a value in the Age text box.
  3. Select a value in the Age interval drop down menu (Days, Months, Years).
- Command Button Functionality

Command Button	Description
	Deletes the Maximum Dose Rule.

Trade Name Tab - This tab allows a user to specify which Trade Names can fulfill the specific series.
- Add a Trade Name Rule.
- 1. Select a Trade Name from the Available Trade Name(s) drop down menu.
  2. Click the Add button.
- Remove a Trade Name Rule.
- 1. Select a Trade Name from the Selected Trade Name(s) drop down menu.
  2. Click the Remove button.
- Command Button Functionality

Command Button	Description
	Adds the selected Trade Name in the Available Trade Name(s) menu to the Selected Trade Name(s) window.
	Removes the selected Trade Name in the Selected Trade Name(s) window to the Available Trade Name(s) pick list.

Alternate Series Tab - This tab displays Alternate series that will replace doses in the series being created.
- Alternate Series Addition Section - This section allows the user to replace doses in a series with doses that may have been administered through a different series.
- - Add an Alternate Series Rule.
  - 1. Select a Vaccine Group from the drop down menu.
    2. Select a Comparison Item from the Age Comparison drop down menu.
    3. Enter a value in the Age text box.
    4. Select a value from the Age Interval drop down menu (Days, Months, Years).
    5. Enter a value in the Number of doses in alternate series text box.
    6. Enter a value in the Number of doses to be replaced text box.
    7. Click the Add button.
- Alternate Series Summary Section - This section displays a table for all alternate series that are associated with this series as described below.

Column Name	Description
Select	Displays a check box to select an Alternate Series Rule in order to delete the rule by clicking the Delete button.
Alternate Series Vaccine Group	Displays the Alternate Series Vaccine Group that was selected for the alternate series rule.
Age	Displays the comparison item and age that was selected for the alternate series rule.
Alternate Doses	Displays the Alternate Doses that was entered for the alternate series rule.
Doses Replaced	Displays the Doses Replaced that was entered for the alternate series rule.

Command Button Functionality

Command Button	Description
	Clicking the Add button will add the alternate series.
	Clicking the Delete button will delete the selected rule in the Alternate Series Summary table.

Invoke On Rules Tab - This tab displays three different sections described below.
- Invoke On Rules Section - This section is available to specify how the series will be invoked for recommending the vaccine with all options described in the table below.

Invoke Rule	Description
Invoke on Use	When this option is checked the series will be invoked when a client has been administered a dose acceptable for the series.
Invoke on Valid Only	When this option is selected the series will be invoked when a client is administered the first valid vaccination for this series.
Invoke On Use Condition
Invoke on High Risk	When this option is checked the series will be invoked for organizations that are designated as high risk organizations. Currently no organization have been set up and high risk and this feature will not be used.
Invoke on Age	When this option is checked a minimum age must be entered and a minimum age interval must be selected from the minimum age interval drop down menu. This option will invoke the series upon the minimum age being reached by the client.
Invoke on Comment	When this option is checked and a comment is selected the series will invoke upon the comment being added to the client.
History Required	When this option is selected the Invoke rules will only take effect if the client has had a prior history of administration of a vaccine for this series.
Invoke on Mother's HBsAg	When this option is selected the series will be invoked if a client's Mother's HBsAg status is one of the selected options in this section described below. Positive Negative Not Screened Unknown

Recommended Age Range(s) when no doses received section - This section allows a user to specify the recommended ages for a series before any dose have been administered.
- Add a Recommended Age Range NOTE *Not specifying a Minimum Age or Maximum Age will default the minimum age to 0 days and maximum age to unlimited.*
- 1. Enter a value in the Minimum Age text box.
  2. Select an option from the Minimum Age Interval drop down menu.
  3. Enter a value in the Maximum Age text box.
  4. Select an option from the Maximum Age Interval drop down menu.
  5. Click the Add button.

Command Button Functionality

Command Button	Description
	Adds the Recommended Age Range when no doses have been received for this series.

Recommended Age Range(s) Summary section - This section displays all of the rules for Recommended Age Range(s) when no doses received.

Column Name	Description
Select	A check box which allows a user to select a rule in order to delete it by clicking the delete button.
Minimum Age	Displays the Minimum Age that was entered for the Recommended Age Range when no doses received series rule.
Maximum Age	Displays the Maximum Age that was entered for the Recommended Age Range when no doses received series rule.

Command Button Functionality

Command Button	Description
	Deletes the selected rule in the Recommended Age Range(s) Summary table.

Result Rules Tab - This tab is specifically used for small pox test results and validating vaccinations by testing for small pox immunity after a vaccination was given. The tab has 3 different sections each described below.
- Result Rules Section - This section indicates the read intervals for the result of the test.
- - Add a Result Rule
  - 1. Enter a value in the Minimum Interval text box.
    2. Select an option from the Minimum Interval day interval pick list.
    3. Enter a value in the Recommended Interval text box.
    4. Select an option from the Recommended Interval day interval drop down menu.
    5. Enter a value in the Overdue Interval text box.
    6. Select an option from the Overdue Interval day interval pick list.
    7. Enter a value in the Maximum Interval text box.
    8. Select an option from the Maximum Interval day interval pick list.
    9. Enter a value in the Interval After Not Valid text box.
    10. Select an option from the Interval After Not Valid day interval drop down menu.
    11. Select an option from the Result drop down menu.
    12. Click the Historical check box to indicate a history of immunization is required for the rule.
    13. Click the Series Is Satisfied check box to indicate the client is immune for the rule.
    14. Click the Add button
- Result Rule Summary Section - This section displays the specific result information for the series in a table described below.

Column Name	Description
Select	Displays a check box to select a Result Rule in order to delete the rule by clicking the Delete button.
Result	Displays the Result that was selected for the series rule.
Historical	Displays if Historical was selected for the series rule.
Series Is Satisfied	Displays if Series Is Satisfied was selected for the series rule.

Command Button Functionality.

Command Button	Description
	Adds the Result Rule to the series.
	Deletes the selected rule in the Result Rule Summary table.

Override Rules Tab - This tab allows the user to specify if the client has already completed the primary series by allowing the user to click the disregard primary series check box on the Edit Immunization Screen and the client needs to begin the booster series.
- Add a Override Rule.
- 1. Enter a value in the Override Age text box.
  2. Select an option from the Override Age interval drop down menu.
- Command Button Functionality

Command Button	Description
	Removes the Override Age Rule from the series.

Unacceptable Vaccine Groups Tab - This tab allows the user to specify unacceptable vaccine groups that will not invoke this series when administered for a different series. These rules are normally used when combination vaccines are acceptable for a series.
- Add a Unacceptable Vaccine Group.
- 1. Select a Vaccine Group from the Vaccine Groups menu.
  2. Click the Add button.
- Remove a Unacceptable Vaccine Group.
- 1. Select a Vaccine Group from the Selected Vaccine Group(s) menu.
  2. Click the Remove button.
- Command Button Functionality

Command Button	Description
	Adds the selected Vaccine Group in the Vaccine Groups menu to the Selected Vaccine Groups pick list.
	Removes the selected Vaccine Group in the Selected Vaccine Groups menu to the Vaccine Groups pick list.

Gender Rules Tab - This tab allows the user to select Gender Rules for the series with the options described in the table below.

Check Box	Description
Female	Clicking the Female check box will invoke the series for clients with a Female Gender specified.
Male	Clicking the Male check box will invoke the series for clients with a Male Gender specified.
Unknown	Clicking the Unknown check box will invoke the series for clients with an Unknown Gender specified.
Invoke on Use for clients with gender not selected above	Clicking the Invoke on Use for clients with gender not selected above will invoke the series for clients with a different gender than the gender selected.

Command Button Functionality

Command Button	Description
	Removes the Gender Rule from the series.

Seasonal Rules Tab - This tab allows a user to specify a season based on dates selected and maximum ages. All options are described in the table below.

Begin Month	Displays months to select when the season starts.
Begin Day	Displays days in order to select the day when the season starts.
End Month	Displays months in order to select when the season ends.
End Day	Displays days in order to select the day when the season ends.
Max Age	A text box where the user can enter the max age of when the seasonal rule ends.
Max Age Unit	Displays the Max Age Unit intervals that can be selected of when the seasonal rule ends; Days, Months, Years.
Max Seasons	A text box where the user can enter the maximum seasons that will display the series.

Command Button Functionality

Command Button	Description
	Removes the Seasonal Rule from the series.

Vaccine Series Recommendations Tab - This tab is used to populate the Vaccine column, for this series, on the immunization recommendations. There are five sections that are part of this tab and each section is described below. By default the vaccine group will display if no Vaccine/Series rules exist or apply.
- Client Conditions affecting Recommendations - This section allows a user to specify a Vaccine or Series to display based on Contraindications /Precautions /Immunities associated with the client.
- - Add a Condition Vaccine or Series Recommendation Rule.
  - 1. Select a comment from the Contraindications /Precautions /Immunities drop down menu.
    2. Select a Vaccine or Series from the Vaccine /Series Display drop down menu.
    3. Click the Add button.
- Vaccine Conflict Conditions affecting Recommendations - This section allows a user to specify a Vaccine or Series to display based on Intergroup Conflict Rules within the schedule.
- - Add a Vaccine Conflict Condition Vaccine or Series Recommendation Rule.
  - 1. Select an Existing Vaccine Conflict Rule from the Existing Vaccine Conflict Rule drop down menu. NOTE *Only acceptable vaccines that are listed as a source of an intergroup conflict will display in this drop down menu.
    2. Select a Vaccine or Series from the Vaccine/Series Display drop down menu.
    3. Click the Add button.
- Date Specific Recommendations - This section allows a user to specify a vaccine/series to be recommended due to a possible vaccine shortage.
- - Add a Date Specific Condition Vaccine or Series Recommendation Rule.
  - 1. 1. Enter a date in the MM/DD/YYYY format in the From Date text box.
    2. Entering a date in the To Date text box is optional, but if added the date format for the To Date text box is MM/DD/YYYY.
    3. Select a Vaccine or Series from the Vaccine/Series Display drop down menu.
    4. Click the Add button.
- Vaccine Administration Conditions affecting Recommendations - This section allows the user to specify a Vaccine or Series to display based on Vaccine Administration conditions.
- - Add a Vaccine Administration Condition affecting Recommendations Vaccine or Series Recommendation Rule.
  - 1. Select an option from the Vaccine Administered drop down menu.
    2. Select an option from the Comparison drop down menu.
    3. Select an option from the Count drop down menu which is the count of doses for the vaccine administered.
    4. Select an option from the Valid drop down menu which is whether the doses of the vaccine administered were valid doses.
    5. Enter a value in the Min Age text box.
    6. Select an option from the Min Age interval drop down menu (Days, Months, Years).
    7. Enter a value in the Max Age text box.
    8. Select an option from the Max Age interval drop down menu (Days, Months, Years).
    9. Click the Add button.
- Vaccine/Series Recommendations Summary - This section displays all the Vaccine/Series Recommendation rules in a table described below for this series.

Column Name	Description
Select	Displays a check box to select a Vaccine/Series Recommendation Rule in order to Delete the rule by clicking the delete button.
Conditions	Displays the condition for the Vaccine/Series Recommendation Rule.
Compare	Displays the comparison operator for the Vaccine/Series Recommendation Rule.
Count	Displays the Count of doses for the Vaccine/Series Recommendation Rule.
Valid	Displays the Validity Status for the Vaccine/Series Recommendation Rule.
Min Age	Displays the Minimum Age for the Vaccine/Series Recommendation Rule.
Max Age	Displays the Maximum Age for the Vaccine/Series Recommendation Rule.
Vaccine/Series Display	Displays the Vaccine or Series selected to display for the Vaccine/Series Recommendation Rule.

Command Button Functionality

Command Button	Description
	Adds the Vaccine/Series Recommendation Rule to the series.
	Removes the selected Vaccine/Series Recommendation Rule from the series.

Doses Tab - The Doses Tab contains all of the dose specific rules displayed in separate tabs as described below.
- Booster Section - This section displays two check boxes as described below.

Check Box	Description
Repeating Booster	Displays the Dose as a repeating booster and will repeat the recommendation for the dose because it is a repeating booster.
Display As Booster	Displays the Dose as being a booster and will not repeat the recommendation for the dose because it is not a repeating booster.

Age Rule Tab - The Age Rule Tab displays age rules for the specific dose in the specified series as described in the table below.

Age Rule	Description
Minimum Age	Enter a value in the Minimum Age text box to specify a minimum age the dose can be administered. Select a value from the Minimum Age Interval drop down menu to specify the age interval for the minimum age.
Recommended Age	Enter a value in the Recommended Age text box to specify an age the dose should be administered. Select a value from the Recommended Age Interval drop down menu to specify the age interval for the recommended age.
Overdue Age	Enter a value in the Overdue Age text box to specify an age the dose would be considered overdue for a client. Select a value from the Overdue Age Interval drop down menu to specify the age interval for the overdue age.
Maximum Age	Enter a value in the Maximum Age text box to specify a maximum age the dose can be administered. Select a value from the Maximum Age Interval drop down menu to specify the age interval for the maximum age.

Adjacent Intervals Tab - The Adjacent Interval Tab displays adjacent rules for a specific dose in the selected series according to when the previous dose was administered in accordance with the intervals specified for this dose to be considered a valid dose.

Adjacent Interval Rule	Description
Minimum Interval	Enter a value in the Minimum Interval text box to specify the minimum interval the dose can be administered after the previous dose. Select a value from the Minimum Interval drop down menu to specify the time frame between this dose and the previous dose.
Recommended Interval	Enter a value in the Recommended Interval text box to specify the recommended interval the dose should be administered after the previous dose. Select a value from the Recommended Interval pick list to specify the time frame between this dose and the previous dose.
Overdue Interval	Enter a value in the Overdue Interval text box to specify an overdue age interval the dose would be considered overdue for a client after the previous dose was administered. Select a value from the Overdue Interval drop down menu to specify the time frame between this dose and the previous dose.

Non-Adjacent Interval Tab - The Non-Adjacent Interval Tab displays non-adjacent rules for a specific dose in the selected series according to when a previous dose was administered in accordance with the intervals specified for this dose to be considered a valid dose. There are two sections listed below in regards to this tab.
- Add a Non-Adjacent Interval section - This section displays 2 columns along with an add button to add a non-adjacent interval.
- - From the dose number drop down menu, select the dose number previous to this one that has a non-adjacent interval rule with this dose.
  - Enter a value in the Minimum Interval text box to specify the Minimum Interval for the non-adjacent dose.
  - Select the Minimum Interval from the Minimum Interval drop down menu.
  - Click the Add button.
- Non-Adjacent Interval Summary section - This section displays all Non-Adjacent Interval rules for this dose in a table described below.

Column	Description
Select	Displays a check box to select a Non-Adjacent Interval Rule in order to delete the rule by clicking the delete button.
Dose Number	Displays a dose number previous to this one that has a non-adjacent interval rule with this dose.
Minimum Interval	Displays the minimum interval between the non-adjacent doses needed for the dose to be considered a valid dose.

Command Button Functionality

Command Button	Description
	Adds the Non-Adjacent Interval Rule to the dose.
	Removes the selected Non-Adjacent Interval Rule from the dose.

Unacceptable Vaccines Tab - The Unacceptable Vaccines Tab allows the user to specify vaccines that are unacceptable for the specific dose.
- Add an Unacceptable Vaccine to the dose.
- 1. Select a vaccine from the Series Acceptable Vaccines pick list.
  2. Click the Add button.
- Remove an Unacceptable Vaccine to the dose.
- 1. Select a vaccine from the Dose Unacceptable Vaccines list.
  2. Click the Remove button.

Command Button Functionality

Command Button	Description
	Adds the selected Vaccine in the Series Acceptable Vaccines pick list to the Dose Unacceptable Vaccines window.
	Removes the selected Vaccine in the Dose Unacceptable Vaccines window to the Series Acceptable Vaccines pick list

Jump Forward Tab - The Jump Forward Tab allows the user to specify a number of doses to jump to when a client reaches a certain age and displays two separate sections.
- Add a Jump Forward Rule section - This section displays 2 columns along with an add button to add a jump from this dose to another dose based on age.
- - Enter a value in the Doses to Jump text box.
  - Enter a value in the Minimum Age to Apply text box as to the numeric value of days, months, or years the Minimum Age is for the doses to be jumped.
  - Select the Minimum Age to Apply Interval from the Minimum Age to Apply Interval drop down menu.
  - Click the Add button.
- Jump Forward Rules Summary section - This section displays all Jump Forward rules for this dose in a table described below.

Column	Description
Select	Displays a check box to select a Jump Forward Rule in order to delete the rule by clicking the delete button.
Doses to Jump	Displays the number of doses to jump at the minimum age to apply for a client.
Minimum Age to Apply Interval	Displays the minimum age to apply interval for the client to apply the jump forward dose rules.

Min Interval and Age to Validate Tab - This Tab allows the user to specify when a dose is valid prior to the recommended minimum interval and the options are described below.
- Add a Minimum Interval to validate.
- 1. Enter a value in the minimum interval to validate text box as to the numeric value of days, months, or years the minimum interval is from a previous dose.
  2. Select the Minimum Interval from the Minimum Interval drop down menu.
  3. Select the Dose that the Minimum Interval is in reference to from the Reference Dose drop down menu.
- Add a Minimum Age to validate.
- 1. Enter a value in the Minimum Age text box as to the numeric value of days, months, or years the minimum age should be for this dose to be valid.
  2. Select the Minimum Age Interval from the Minimum Age Interval drop down menu.

Command Button	Description
	Removes the Minimum Interval or Minimum Age to Validate Rule from the dose.

Dose Details Section - This section displays a table that is described below. When a row in this table is highlighted that is the dose that is being displayed in the tabs above.

Column	Description
Select	Displays a check box to select a Dose in order to delete the Dose from the series by clicking the delete button.
Number	Displays a the dose number as a hyperlink. If the dose number hyperlink is clicked then that dose is selected to be viewed in the tabs above.
Repeating Booster	Displays if the dose is specified as a Repeating Booster dose.
