Purpose |
The Ad Hoc List Report generates a list of clients based on the criteria selected by the user. The report produces a list with a column for each item, much like a spreadsheet. The information in the report includes clients associated with the user’s organization. The ImmTrac2 User Manual, accessible in the Related Links option of the menu bar, provides a more detailed description of reporting functions.

What items would you like to display on the report? - This section lists client and immunization information details that can be displayed on the Ad Hoc List report. The display items are organized into group categories, and then listed in alphabetical order within each group, as described in the table below.

Display Order - Items within the same group (Client, Address, Immunizations, etc.) will appear in the order they are selected. For example, if the items selected are Last name, Zip code, Birth date, the columns in the report will appear as Last name, Birth date, Zip Code, because last name and birth date belong to the same group (Client) while Zip Code belongs to a different group (Address).

How would you like the report to be sorted? - This section displays a drop-down list of the pre-selected display items so that the user can select an item for sorting the report results. The order can also be defined, as described in the table below.

How would you like to filter the data? - This section allows the user to select from a list of Client and Immunization factors, and make filter selections, to narrow the resulting clients that will display in the report. The factors and filter options are described in the table below.
