Ad Hoc List Report

 Purpose

The Ad Hoc List Report generates a list of clients based on the criteria selected by the user. The report produces a list with a column for each item, much like a spreadsheet.  The information in the report includes clients associated with the user’s organization.  The ImmTrac2 User Manual, accessible in the Related Links option of the menu bar, provides a more detailed description of reporting functions.

Sort Order

Description

First-to-Last

Sorts in the following order: spaces, special characters (#,',"), uppercase A-Z, lowercase a-z.

Last-to-First

Sorts in the following order: lowercase z-a, uppercase Z-A, special characters (",',#), spaces.

Description

Adds filter selections to the Selected Filters box. When existing filters in the box are selected to edit, saves the changes and updates the display in the box.

Allows users to edit the selected filter.

Removes the selected filter from the Selected Filter text box.

Changes the logical operator selected from "AND" to "OR" or from "OR" to "AND".

Groups together multiple filters selected into one logical statement.

UnGroups multiple filters selected into separate logical statements.
