Ad Hoc Report Status Screen

 Purpose

The Ad hoc Report Status screen allows users to monitor the completion status of the Ad Hoc report that was generated.  This screen also provides options for displaying the report.

Information Provided

Command Button

Description

Report Type

The type of report that was generated. Once complete, displays as a hyperlink that can be clicked to display the Ad Hoc Report Results section.

Started

The date and time that the system started to generate the report.

Completed

The date and time that the system completed generating the report.

Status

The percent complete of the report. Currently running reports will have a percent less than 100%.

Row Count

Number of records that met the criteria for the Ad Hoc List report.

Functionaltiy

Reloads the screen to display the latest processing status for the generated report.

 Returns the user to the  report screen.

Ad Hoc Count Report Results View

The Ad Hoc Count Report Results view displays the items in a table or series of tables depending on how many items are chosen.

Ad Hoc List Report Results View

 

The Ad Hoc List Report Results view displays the results in a summary table.  The criteria selected for the report determine the columns displaying in the results view.  By default, 250 rows are visible at a time.  If you have more than 250 clients listed, click the "Next 250 >>" link to display more clients in the list.
