Immunization Coverage Rate Report Status Screen

 Purpose

The Immunization Coverage Rate Report Status screen allows users to monitor the completion status of the submitted report, and generate additional age-specific coverage rate assessments.

Information Provided

The screen displays the option to run additional reports as a subset, and displays the status of submitted reports. Only the last-run group of reports display and are accessible for a maximum of seven days.

Description

Job Name - Evaluation Date

Lists each type of report that was generated, as follows:

  • (Immunization Coverage Rate Report) ORG NAME - evaluation date

  • (Missed Opps Clients) ORG NAME - evaluation date

  • (Benchmark Client Listing) ORG NAME - age cohort - evaluation date  

Once complete, each name displays as a hyperlink  that can be clicked to view the report in a new browser tab.

Started

The date and time that the system started to generate the reports.

Status

The percent complete of the report. Currently running reports will have a percent less than 100%.

Age Range - Evaluation Date

Lists each of five reports that are generated. The name format includes the age range grouping and evaluation date.   Once  complete, each name displays as a hyperlink  that can be clicked to view the report in a new browser tab.

Number of Clients in Age Range

The number of clients in the age range for the coverage rate criteria.

Started

The date and time the system started to generate the reports.

Status

The percent complete of the report. Currently running reports will have a percent less than 100%.

Command Button

Description

Generates the Assessment of Clients With At Least One Missing Age Specific Benchmark report.

Reloads the screen to display the latest processing status for the generated report.

Returns the user to the report screen.
