Check Vaccine Accountability Report Screen |
|
Purpose |
The Check Vaccine Accountability Report screen is used to display and/or determine the status of a report request made from the Vaccine Accountability Report Request screen.

Screen Display |
This screen displays the Vaccine Accountability Report requests you have generated.
Accountability Report Status - This section contains hyperlinks for Vaccine Accountability Reports that have been generated as well as general information about the report as described below.

Column |
Description |

Report Name |
Displays the name of the Vaccine Accountability Report entered by the user or automatically assigned by the system, if the user did not enter a report name. |
|
VFC PIN |
Displays organization's VFC PIN. |
|
Vaccine Type |
Displays the selected Vaccine Type for the report (State-Supplied, Privately Purchased, or Both). |
|
Begin Date |
Displays the quarter and year the user selected as the beginning of the report period. |
|
End Date |
Displays the quarter and year the user selected as the end of the report period. |
|
Status |
Displays the percent complete of the report being generated. |

Summary Report |
Displays the Report Name appended with ".xls" of the Accountability Summary Report. The report name becomes a hyperlink when the report has completed. Clicking the hyperlink will display the report. |

Detail Report |
Displays the Report Name appended with "_Detail.xls" of the Accountability Detail Report. The report name becomes a hyperlink when the report has completed. Clicking the hyperlink will display the report. |
