Immunization Coverage Rate Report Screen

 Purpose

The Immunization Coverage Rate Report screen allows users to generate an analysis of the organization's immunization coverage rates within four age range categories for a selected client population. The report results include both the assessment of coverage rates and a listing of clients who have missed opportunities to receive vaccines.

 Functionality

NOTE: Most users will not have the client population options because their user role defines the client population to be only those clients in the user's organization.
