Reminder Request Status Screen |
Purpose |
The Reminder Request Status screen allows users to monitor the status of the submitted Reminder Request report and select the completed report to view the types of output files that were produced.
Information Provided |
Reminder Request Status Section - Displays the status of the report, as described below. Only the latest version of the report displays, and the report remains accessible for seven days.
Column |
Description |
Started |
The date and time when the report was generated. Once complete, displays as a hyperlink that can be clicked to display the Reminder Request Process Summary and output options for the report. |
Completed |
The date and time that the report finished generating. |
Status |
The percent complete of the report. Currently running reports will have a percent less than 100%. |
Clients |
The number of clients included in the report. |
Target From |
The target start date that was used in the report for vaccines due now or past due. |
Target To |
The target end date that was used in the report for vaccines due now or past due. |
Reminder Output Status Section - Lists specific types of output files from the generated reminder requests. The output files are listed here as a result of being selected in a specific report's output options screen.

Name |
The name of the output file that was selected to be generated. Clicking the hyperlinked name opens the output file. |
Type |
The output file type that was selected to be generated. |
Requested |
The date and time that the user selected the output file. |
Started |
The date and time that the system started to generate the output file. |
Completed |
The date and time that the report finished generating. |
Status |
The completion status of the report being generated. |
