Reminder/Recall Custom Letters Screen

 Purpose

The Reminder/Recall Custom Letters screen allows users to create new or select existing custom letters to make updates. Once created, the custom letter outputs are generated from the Reminder Request Output Options screen for a selected reminder request report.

  

 Information Provided

The Reminder/Recall Custom Letters screen displays the names of any existing custom letters and the New Custom Letter option, as hyperlinks. Clicking the hyperlink opens the existing letter or new letter to configure the letter details in the Custom Letter Setup screen.

Returns the user to the previous screen

Deletes the custom letter associated with the delete button
