Purpose |
The Preview Clients screen allows users to review the list of clients that are included in the Reminder Request report that was generated.

The Preview Client screen displays the list of clients from the Reminder/Recall report as described in the table below:

Displays the Client's Last Name, First Name and Middle Initial as a hyperlink that navigates to the View Client record screen. |
Birth Date |
The client's birth date. |
Address |
The client's street address. |
City |
The client's city for address purposes. |

The client's zip code for address purposes. |
