Ad Hoc Count Report |
Purpose |
The Ad Hoc Count Report generates a count of clients or immunizations based on selected criteria. The report produces one or more tables with counts for each item of selected criteria. The information in the report includes clients associated with the user's organization. The ImmTrac2 User Manual, accessible in the Related Links option of the menu bar, provides a more detailed description of reporting functions.
Functionality |
Populate with custom template? - Previously created report templates will appear as blue links in this section. If an existing template will be used to run the report, click on the template name. To create a template go to Manage Ad Hoc Template.
Would you like to count Clients or Immunizations? - This section allows the user to select how the totals are counted for the Ad Hoc Report.

What factors would you like to use to group the counts on the report? - This section displays items that can be grouped on the Ad Hoc Count Report. The display items are organized into factor groups, and then listed in alphabetical order within each group, as described in the table below. Up to three factors can be selected to group the counts, and the factors appear on the report as row and column headings.

How would you like to filter the data? - This section allows the user to select from a list of Client and Immunization items, and make filter selections, to narrow the resulting counts in the report. The items and filter options are described in the table below.
