Manage Ad Hoc Template Screen |
Purpose |
The Manage Ad Hoc Template screen allows users to save Ad Hoc Count or Ad Hoc List report criteria as a template report. The template version allows users to run ad hoc reports without having to re-enter report criteria and filters each time. Ad hoc templates are only accessible to the user who created them and are not shared within an organization.

Select a report type - Displays a drop down menu to select either the Count or List version of the template.
Manage Ad Hoc Templates - After the type of report template has been selected, displays the names of any existing templates, as described in the table below.

Template Name |
The name given the saved template criteria, as a hyperlink. Clicking the hyperlink opens the template view of the Ad Hoc report criteria to make updates. |
Updated Date |
The date the template was last saved. |
Action |
Displays a Delete button to allow the user to delete the applicable template. |

Creating or Updating an Ad Hoc Template |
When the report type is selected, and the user has clicked the New Ad Hoc Count or New Ad Hoc List button, the Create a Customized (Count/List) Report screen displays. Once the report criteria are configured, instead of seeing the Generate Report options, the user enters a name for the template and clicks the Save button.
