Client Benchmark Report Screen |
Purpose |
The Client Benchmark Report screen allows users to retrieve a list and count of clients who have met an immunization benchmark, or a predefined series of benchmarks. The report allows users to assess the clients who are, or are not, up to date on their vaccines based on specific benchmarks. The report may be viewed in ImmTrac2, exported as a text file, exported as a PDF file, or exported as a spreadsheet.
Select Client Population *Not available for all users
Functionality |
Select Client Population - The top section provides the selection of specific populations by organization. The selection defaults to All Clients associated with the user's organization.
NOTE: Most users will not have the client population options because their user role defines the client population to be only those clients in the user's organization.
The bottom section provides the ability to select which clients display in the report, as described in the table below.
Client Population Option |
Description |
Clients who did NOT meet the benchmark |
(Default selection) The population for the report will be limited to clients who did not meet the benchmark(s) defined in the Select Benchmark table at the bottom of the screen. |
Clients who DID meet the benchmark |
The population for the report will be limited to clients who met the benchmark(s) defined in the Select Benchmark table at the bottom of the screen. |
All clients, regardless of whether they met the benchmark or not |
The population for the report will include all clients who met, or did not meet the benchmark criteria defined in the Select Benchmark table at the bottom of the screen. |
Select Age or Birth Date Range - Provides options to select clients based on age criteria.
Age or Birth Date Range Option |
Description |
Less than or equal to 72 months old |
(Default selection) The population for the report will be limited to clients who are less than or equal to 72 months old as of the evaluation date. |
Birth date range |
The population for the report will be limited to clients who have a birth date within the specified range, entered as MM/DD/YYYY in the date fields. |
Age range |
The population for the report will be limited to clients who fall within the selected age range. Enter a numeric value and select Days, Months, or Years from the drop down menu. |
Options for Benchmarking - Provides two variations for using the standard benchmark assessment to measure client outcomes, as described in the table below.
Option for Benchmarking |
Description |
Standard Assessment |
(Default selection) Generates the report using the immunization benchmarks in the table at the bottom of the screen. |
Assess Clients with Sufficient Refusal History as Covered |
Generates the report using the immunization benchmarks in the table, however it will also count clients with sufficient refusal comments as being considered up-to-date. |
NOTE: In order for client refusals of vaccine to be calculated correctly on the benchmark report, an appropriate Applies-To date must be entered for refusal comments on the Client Comments demographic tab, found in the client's record.
Select Evaluation Date - (Required.) Allows the user to establish a fixed date against which client's immunization records are evaluated. The report will not include vaccines administered after the evaluation date. Enter the evaluation date criteria in MM/DD/YYYY format or use the calendar icon to choose a date.
Select Benchmark - Under the Age Specific options, users can click an age to highlight the row of benchmarking criteria for generating the report. Alternatively, users can click a specific cell to evaluate for the single age/vaccine benchmark.
Under the Aggregate Outcomes options, users can click a specific cell to evaluate for the specific age/vaccine series combination. The options are described in the tables below.
