Provider Level Report Status Screen |

Purpose |
The Check Provider Status screen is used to display the status of a Provider Report request made from the screen.

Screen Display |
Provider Report Status - displays the following information:

Column |
Description |

Name |
The type of Provider Report that was ran. The name will be either “Provider_Data_Entry_Report”, “Data Entry Compliance Report” or “Late_Data_Entry Detail Report.” Clicking the hyperlink will display the report. |

Started |
The Date and Time the report was generated. |
|
Completed |
The Date and Time the report was completed. |
|
Status |
The percentage of completion of the report being generated. |
|
Organization |
The organization for which the report was run. |
|
From Date |
The beginning of the date range selected for the report. |
|
To Date |
The end of the date range selected for the report. |
