Check Reminder List Screen |
Purpose |
The Check Reminder List screen allows users to preview the list of clients that are configured when certain Reminder/Recall reports are generated. From this preview list, users can navigate directly to each client's record, as needed. This screen also serves as a preview to the list of clients who would be contacted if the state conducted a state-wide reminder/recall notice.
This screen differs from the Reminder/Request Status. The Reminder/Request Status screen is used to generate client specific documents such as reminder letters or other mail outs. The Reminder/Request Status screen does include a Client List, which is a PDF report of detailed client information.

The Check Reminder List screen displays each of the report jobs as described in the table below:

Reminder Request Name |
The name of the Reminder/Request report that was generated, or the date and time that an applicable report ran, displayed as a hyperlink when the report is complete. Clicking the hyperlink opens the Preview Clients screen with the list of clients from the Reminder/Recall report. |
Started |
The Date and Time when the report started processing. |
Clients |
The final Client count for the report that was generated. |
State Ran |
Displays an indicator of whether the Reminder/Recall was generated by the State. |
