Purpose

The Immunization Due Report Job Status screen shows the status of the Immunizations Due report requested from the Report/Student List screen.

Information Provided

School Report Job Status Section - This section displays the job runtime status for the report recently selected to run. Only one job status displays in this section at a time. If multiple reports have been selected to run, they will appear in the School Report Status section when they are ready to be viewed.

Column Name	Description
Started	The date and time the report was started.
Completed	The date and time the report completed.
Status	The percentage of completion for the report job.
Students	The count of how many students will be on the report.
Target From	The beginning of the date range selected for the Immunization Due Report.
Target To	The end of the date range selected for the Immunization Due Report.

School Report Status Section - This section displays reports that have been generated from school lists and are ready to view, as described in the table below.

Column Name	Description
Name	The report name plus the date and time it was generated. The name displays as a hyperlink when the report has finished generating and is ready to view.
Type	Type of report that was generated.
Requested	The date and time the report was requested.
Started	The date and time the report was started.
Completed	The date and time the report completed.
Status	The Status of the report being generated.

Command Button Functionality

Command Button	Description
	Re-loads the screen to refresh the status of the reports being generated.
	Returns the user to the previous screen.

ImmTrac2 is set up to accommodate a variety of user types. Each user will have access to certain features in the application based on the role that is assigned.
