Purpose |
The Consent Information Section allows the user to view, but not edit, supplemental consent information for the client. Users must be in Edit Client mode to see the Edit Consent command button to update consent information for the client.

First Responder Attribute – This field displays an indicator of whether the client is a First Responder or part of a First Responder family. The attribute is used for both adults and children, but only requires a specific consent form be signed for an adult.

Disaster Information Retention (DIR) Attribute – This field displays an indicator of whether the client has consented to have disaster related information to be retained beyond the minimum required time frame defined by state law for disaster event information. This attribute is used for both adults and children and requires a separate consent form be signed.
