View/Edit Client Screen

 Purpose

The View/Edit Client screen allows users to view and edit demographic information that is specific to the client. Some information can only be viewed and customized by users within the organization. Other information can be viewed and updated by ImmTrac2 users statewide.

 Information Provided

The Client screen includes a wide range of information that can be saved in the client's record. Sections of the screen are referred to as demographic tabs and can be displayed by clicking the black arrow to expand or contract each section. Users must be in the Update Client screen to see which fields are editable and to see the command buttons for making updates to certain sections, or demographic tabs.

NOTE: Only certain Personal Information and Address Information is required in order to save a new client record. If information is entered or updated in any other demographic tab, then required fields in that section must be populated in order to save the record.

The client demographic tabs are listed below. Click the links to view Online Help topics on each section.
