Client AKA Section

 Purpose

The Client AKA section allows users to enter additional names that the client is known by. These names are used in the complex search tool used during the Smart Search to find possible matches for clients.  Users must be in Edit Client mode to see the command buttons for this section and to make changes to information.

 Information Provided

Column

Description

Last Name

Required.  "Also Known As" last name entry for the client.

First Name

Required.  "Also Known As" first name entry for the client.

Middle Name

"Also Known As" middle name entry for the client.

NOTE: If the user intends to make a new entry, then the system requires that both the last name and first name be entered in order to save the updates.

"Also Known As" middle name for the client, as an optional entry.

Command Button

Description

Adds the new entry to the Client AKA Listing table. The updates are not added to the client record until the save button is clicked.

Saves all updates made to different sections, or demographic tabs, of the record.

ImmTrac2 is set up to accommodate a variety of user types. Each user will have access to certain features in the application based on the role that is assigned.
