Client Information Section |
Purpose |
The Client Information section allows users to establish key demographic information for the client, such as race, ethnicity, spoken language, and occupation. In addition, users can select a school that the client attends, based on a customized list of schools maintained in the Manage Schools menu panel option.
NOTE: Some of the designations used in this section can be accessed as groupings, or filters, for running certain reports, such as reminder/recall letters.

Race |
The client's racial background, as single or multiple selection check boxes. NOTE: Hispanic is not considered a race. It is an ethnicity. |
Ethnicity |
The client's ethnic background, as a drop-down selection field. |
School |
The client's current school of attendance, as a drop-down selection field. This list is derived from the customized list of schools entered in the Manage Schools screen. |
Occupation |
The client's occupation, as a drop-down selection field. The list of options are system-defined and cannot be customized. |
Language Spoken |
The client's spoken language, as a drop-down selection field. This selection determines the language in which the reminder letter for the client will be printed. |

ImmTrac2 is set up to accommodate a variety of user types. Each user will have access to certain features in the application based on the role that is assigned. Online help reflects the capabilities available to provider user roles. Other user roles should refer to the user manual for more access features and capability details.
