Schedule Details |
Purpose |
The Schedule Details screen allows a user to add, delete, and edit a vaccine series from schedules within their organization.

Field Name |
Description |
Schedule Name |
Required. This is the name of the schedule that the user is creating for the organization. |

Saves the schedule. |

Cancels any change you might have made. |

Displays the entire schedule in a user-friendly manner. |
Description |
This is used to type a description for the schedule that is being created. |
Grace Period in Days |
The number of days (if any) that the user wishes to apply to the beginning or the end of a series for vaccination validation. |
Display vaccine/series recommendations |
If selected will display the Vaccine column within the Vaccines Recommended sections of the Immunization History and Recommendations screens. |
Locked to Others |
Allows users to lock a schedule. Locking a schedule means the schedule can only be edited or deleted by the user that created it. |
School Schedule |
If selected, this option will designate the schedule being created as a school schedule. |
Series Tab - Displays the series that are associated with the schedule and enables the user to add/delete/modify the series. Information for all series is described below.

Name |
Displays the name of the series as a hyperlink. Clicking the hyperlink will display the selected series Schedule Information screen. |
Dose Count |
Displays the number of doses in the series. |
Invoke on Use |
Displays if the series schedule is invoked once a client receives a does from the series. |
Invoke on Age |
Displays if the series schedule is invoked once a client reaches a certain age. |
Invoke on High Risk |
Displays if the series schedule is invoked if the client is at high risk. |

Clicking the Add button will Add a Series to the Schedule and display the Modify Series screen. |

Clicking the Delete button will Remove the selected Series from the Schedule. |
Intergroup Conflict Tab - Displays conflicts between vaccines and/or vaccine groups, and enables the user to add/delete/modify these conflicts associated with the schedule. Information for all Intergroup conflicts is described in the table below.

Source |
Displays the name of the Vaccine Group or Vaccine selected as a source of being in conflict with the Conflicting Vaccine/Group or Conflict column. |
Conflict |
Displays the name of the Vaccine Group or Vaccine is selected as being in conflict with the Source Vaccine Group/Vaccine in the Source column. |
Beginning Period |
Displays the inclusive number of days that the conflict between the Source column and the Conflict column begins. |
Ending Period |
Displays the inclusive number of days that the conflict between the Source column and the Conflict column ends. |
Adding an Intergroup Conflict - When creating an Intergroup Conflict the conflict only applies in one direction - conflict-to-source. Another conflict will need to be created in the opposite direction if the conflict applies in both directions, for instance: Cholera-to-Varicella and Varicella-to-Cholera.
Select the Vaccine or Vaccine Group of the source of the conflict with the Source conflicts drop down menu.
Select the Vaccine or Vaccine Group of the conflict from the Conflict drop down menu.
To establish when the conflict begins, enter a numeric value in the Beginning Conflict periods text box, and select a day/month/year value from the drop down menu.
To establish when the conflict ends, enter a numeric value in the Ending Conflict Period text box and selects a day/month/year value from the drop down menu.
Click the Add button to add the conflict selected.

Combination Vaccine Group Tab - Displays combination vaccine groups that are associated with the schedule and enables the user to add/delete/modify combination vaccine groups associated with the schedule.
